Renewed Life combines focused teaching with an honest, supportive group to help you break free from destructive patterns and build a life you no longer have to escape from.
Willpower gets you started. It rarely gets you all the way there on its own.
Renewed Life works at the level of identity, story, and belief — the roots the behavior grows from.
Every group is built around honesty without shame, and accountability without exposure.
Real change grows from structure, honest community, and consistent practice — held together over enough weeks for new patterns to take root.
Each week centers on one key — a belief or practice that unlocks the next stage of renewal. Together they form a complete path from where you are to where you're headed.
With God's help, I intend to live this day in control of my habit, rather than letting my habit control me.
Substitute "habit" with your own particular area of struggle.Ending the isolation that keeps struggles hidden, and building real, honest connection with people who won't flinch at your story.
Learning to work with anxiety and stress instead of being run by them, with tools you can actually use in the middle of a hard day.
Nurturing a faith that can hold your real questions and struggles — the whole of who you are, on ordinary days and Sunday mornings alike.
Building the self-control to interrupt compulsive patterns and self-destructive habits — and replace them with ones that serve you.
Renewed Life is a ministry of Renew Resources, a nonprofit. There's no set fee to enroll — register and you'll get started with the materials right away. If the program is meaningful to you, a financial gift to support the ministry is always welcome and can be added when you sign up.
"This program is helpful in making us take a good look at what is going on in our lives and hearts. I found that these things took away from time that I could have been doing something beneficial for myself and for others."
"Mark provides powerful daily steps to sobriety. The program was easy to follow and user friendly."
"I am well-versed in various teachings of recovery from 12 Step groups and my experiences in secular and Christian rehabilitation centers, as well as therapy over the years. What I so appreciate about this teaching is that it is based on Christian teachings in the Bible and draws on psychological research and best practices of sober living."
"This program came into my life at just the right time. The teachings are well-rounded and have tremendous insight. I now know that recovery is possible."
"This is a fantastic, comprehensive program. Mark's teaching, organization of information, sequence of activities, and scriptural foundation are incredibly helpful. I experienced real change over the course of the program."
